Prepare andpresent sales forecasts budgets and performancereports. Maintain book of business as agreed Work on Integrated Solutions for Customers Build and maintain strong relationshipswith existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction andrepeat business. Ensure 100% CRM adoptionand maintain pipeline as per budget Add newcustomers as agreed. Focus on DSO andcollections Conduct Monthly BusinessReviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for criticalcustomers to assess performance andopportunities Develop strong understandingof the business of Critical customers to aid customerretention. Conduct regular client meetings topromote services and address any concerns.Network with internal Business units on information sharing andidentifying fresh opportunities for thedivision. Prepare regular reports on salesperformance market conditions and customer feedback for managementreview. Ensure compliance with companypolicies and industryregulations
Qualificationand Competences Proven trackrecord of success in Freight ForwardingSales Ability to analyze market trends anddevelop effective sales strategies. Minimum6 years of relevant industry experience Bachelor or MBA degree Strong Sales Skillsincluding prospecting negotiations andclosing Excellent interpersonal commercial& communication skills to build & manage profitablebusiness relationships with customers suppliers &stakeholders. Selfmotivated Target orientedand Team Player Dynamic writing presentationrelationshipbuilding negotiation and problemsolving skills Good communication skills in English Hindi& respective regional language both oral and written. This role requires regular travel withinthe assigned region. The candidate should beproactive and capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
