YourMission:Strategic Planning &Execution:
  • Develop and Implement GCCStrategy:

    • Formulate a comprehensivestrategy for the GCC that aligns with global objectives and drivesbusiness growth.
    • Identify and prioritize keyprocesses to be transitioned to the GCC ensuring seamlessintegration.
  • ProcessIntegration and Optimization:

    • OverseeCritical Business Processes:
      • Leadthe centralization and management of processes such as Finance& Accounting Human Resources Procurement IT Services CustomerSupport and Analytics.
      • Ensure these processesare optimized for efficiency costeffectiveness andquality.
  • OperationalExcellence:

    • Implement BestPractices:
      • Introduce industrybest practices and continuous improvement methodologies like LeanSix Sigma to enhance processperformance.
    • TechnologyEnablement:
      • Leverage emergingtechnologies such as automation AI and data analytics to innovateand streamlineoperations.
FinancialManagement:
  • P&LResponsibility:
    • Manage the GCCsfinancial performance including budgeting forecasting and financialreporting.
    • Drive cost optimization initiativeswithout compromising servicequality.
Team Leadership &Development:
  • Build a HighPerformingTeam:
    • Recruit develop and retaintop talent across various functions.
    • Foster aculture of excellence collaboration andinnovation.
  • ProfessionalDevelopment:
    • Promote continuouslearning and provide opportunities for professional growth andmentorship.
StakeholderManagement:
  • GlobalCollaboration:
    • Work closely withglobal functional leaders to understand process requirements andensure alignment.

What You Bring:Education:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree from areputable institution.
Experience:
  • IndustryExpertise:
    • Minimum of 20 years ofprogressive experience in a multinationalcorporation.
    • Proven track record in setting upand managing largescale operations orGCCs.
  • ProcessManagement:
    • Extensive experiencein overseeing diverse business processes such as Finance HR ITProcurement and CustomerService.
  • StrategicLeadership:
    • Demonstrated successin strategic planning operations management and teamleadership.
  • Innovation:
    • Experiencein driving digital transformation and implementing technologysolutions to optimizeprocesses.
