JobSummary: As an HR BusinessPartner at Quesrow you will play acrucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectivesfostering a highperformance culture and supporting the growth anddevelopment of our talented workforce. You will be a key liaisonbetween management and employees driving HR initiatives andensuring a positive employeeexperience.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadendtoend talent acquisition efforts from sourcing and interviewingto onboarding new hires
  • Develop and implementtraining and development programs to enhance employee skills andcapabilities
  • Drive employee engagementinitiatives and spearhead recognitionprograms
  • Own and manage the employee life cycleensuring a seamless journey from hire toretire
  • Collaborate with managers to addressemployee relations issues and oversee performancemanagement
  • Conduct regular HR data analysis toidentify trends and opportunities forimprovement
  • Ensure compliance with laborregulations and company policies
  • Conductinduction sessions with new employees familiarizing them withorganizational processes andpolicies
  • Collaborate with departments todevelop HR policies programs and innovativesolutions
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact(SPOC) to resolve employee issues and conduct objectiveinvestigations as needed
  • Ensure regulatorycompliance with legal requirements related to daily employeemanagement
  • Supervise all HR activities at thecompanys various branchoffices

Qualificationsand EligibilityCriteria:
  • 3 years ofexperience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HRrole
  • Strong expertise in core HR functionsincluding talent management learning and development employeerelations and performance management
  • Experienceand knowledge in managing HR operationalactivities
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment
  • Demonstratedleadership skills and the ability to influence and drive changeeffectively
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities
  • Ability to prioritizetasks effectively and work collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams.
