STAND 8 is looking to hire HR Business Partner for India team at Pune location. The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor, taking charge of People Practices and initiatives aimed at creating an outstanding employee experience.The ideal candidate will have strong background in HR with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role will be responsible for employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards and conflict resolution, and there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We're eager to find a HR Business Partner who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today's workforce.ObjectivesWorking with Business Leaders to conceptualize and implement various people practices and frameworks to ensure employees are guided by well-structured policies and proceduresActively contributing to promote companies' values, culture, work environment, and overall employee experience to enhance its position as an employer of choiceMaintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, incentives, health insurance, expense reimbursement, leave policy, trainingEnsure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining recordsIdentify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating proceduresDrive events and activities aimed at developing an inclusive culture thereby increasing employee engagementResponsibilitiesSupport in developing and delivering HR plans that fit with the overall business directionChampion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business visionLiaise with new joiners to establish connect and help them assimilate faster into the organization.Formulate ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and proceduresHandle confidential matters with discretion. Advise managers on complex/exceptional HR issues such as disciplinary and employee grievance.Manage exit process and carry out exit interviews, make efforts to retain and ensure smooth offboarding experience.Requirements and qualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree or HR certification is a plus).5 to 8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on designing and implementing HR programs.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
