Industrial RelationsDesign and deliver the industrial relations strategy with the key focus on maintaining Trade Union relationships.Own and develop the relationships with senior officials of Trade Unions.Play key role in negotiations with Trade Unions on a wide range of company issues.Design and development of ER policy, processes and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organisation.Set direction, create policy and offer expert advice in all matters related to bargaining and industrial relations issues.Partner across functions to develop pay and other negotiating mandates for use across al bargaining groups.Build IR skills and expertise across the HR department, including capabilities in labour legislations.Handle labour disputes and liaisoning with the government.
External Relationships:Maintain cordial external relationships with various stakeholders – Politicians, Government, Press, Key Opinion Makers etc. for smooth running of operations.
