**About your Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Global Learning & Development [L&D] team within Group HR, you will focus on bringing development solutions to the Individual Contributor [IC] population within Citco. This role will initially support the IC population of the Investor Relations [IR] and Real Assets [RA] dept., reporting into the VP of IR/RA in Learning and Development. This is a permanent position in our HR Learning & Development team, based in the Toronto office.

You will support key stakeholder relationships within the IR & RA functions. Ensuring the design and development of learning solutions for a global audience as well as partnering with internal business stakeholders and HR COE’s (centers of excellence) to drive the performance of IC employees through programs, team interventions, coaching and training. You will manage the development and delivery lifecycle through to supporting transfer of learning and evaluation.

**Your Role**:

- Manage training facilitation schedules to ensure business priorities are met as agreed. This includes:

- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs to support new Citco team members.
- Support Subject Matter Expert networks to facilitate bespoke learning to their line of business.
- Curate learning paths using LinkedIn Learning specific for IR & RA functional learning support.
- Maintain up-to-date learning records using our Learning Management System.
- Promote enterprise wide learning opportunities to Citco’s Individiual Contributor population in order to build awareness of learning opportunities across our grades 8 - 10.
- Consult with strategic leaders and HR COE’s to identify learning needs/gaps and propose; coaching, team interventions, training/non-training solutions.
- Perform detailed learning design and manage the learning development lifecycle from learning needs analysis, to design/development and/or facilitaiton through to evaluation.
- Develop multi-model learning and performance support material, including blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules, videos & voice overs, animations and infographics, experimenting to create digital learning that is engaging, fun and supports learner needs.
- Promote SME solutions for IR & RA learning development needs.
- Plan to support transfer of learning and sustained performance.
- Evaluate and report on training in line with Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation; Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results.
- Support a culture of coaching, empowering leaders to develop their team’s performance on how to build high performing teams.

**About You**:

- A degree in Learning & Development, HR, Finance or other relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Finance, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
- Experience in facilitating training courses and/or facilitating presentations desirable.
- A good understanding of coaching, professional development and stakeholder management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and influencing skills.
- Working in a global team you should be a self-starter and comfortable working independently but also able to collaborate on projects with team members in other locations
