**JobSummary:**
Weare hiring for an experienced **Human Resources Business Partner(HRBP)** to join our clients team at a leading facility managementcompany. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in managing the**employee life cycle** from seamlessonboarding to ensuring payroll compliance attendance andperformance management processes are executed efficiently. Theideal candidate will have experience in manpowerdriven industriesand be capable of handling small teams working closely withbusiness managers and communicating with key stakeholders at theHeadOffice.
**KeyResponsibilities:**
Oversee the **entire employee life cycle** including recruitmentonboarding training development and exitprocesses. Ensure **smooth onboarding** fornew hires integrating them effectively into theorganization. Manage **payroll** operationsensuring timely and accurate disbursement and resolving payrollqueries. Handle **statutory compliance** (PFESI gratuity labor laws) and ensure compliance with all governmentregulations. Oversee the **attendancemanagement system** ensuring accurate tracking andreporting. Lead the **performance managementprocess** including performance appraisals goal setting anddevelopment plans. Collaborate withdepartment heads and key business managers at the Head Office tounderstand staffing needs and ensure smooth HRoperations. Provide **HR guidance andsupport** to employees and managers on policy interpretationconflict resolution and performanceimprovement. Lead **employee engagementinitiatives** to promote a positive work environment and retain toptalent. Work on **HR analytics** monitoringkey HR metrics to drive strategic decisions.Manage a **small HR team** providing mentorship and support toensure operational excellence.**Qualifications &Experience:**
Bachelor s degree in **Human Resources Business Administration** ora related field. Minimum of **5 years of HRexperience** specifically in manpowerdriven industries likefacility management construction or securityservices. Proven experience managing the**employee life cycle** including payroll compliance andperformance management. Ability to handlemultiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with seniormanagement. Prior experience leading anddeveloping **small teams**. Strong knowledgeof **labor laws and compliance** requirements inIndia. Excellent communication leadershipand problemsolving skills. Proficiency in**HRIS systems** and other HRrelated softwaretools.
**PreferredQualifications:**Experience working in a **multilocation** facility managementsetup. Familiarity with **employeeengagement** programs and retentionstrategies.Compensation
