Business HR / Senior HR Business Partner.

Location: Pune (Onsite).

Role Overview:


- An HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns the company's people strategy with its business strategy.

- This role involves collaborating with different teams across the organization rather than working solely within the HR department.

- Preferably, candidates will have experience working in IT companies and IT-based startups in the services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

- Provide guidance and support on various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.

- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop workforce plans.

- Implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive work environment.

- Facilitate employee engagement and retention initiatives.

- Conduct HR analytics and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making.

- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- The role involves 20-30% focus on Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in IT companies or IT-based startups.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, young environment with intercultural aspects.

- Proven track record in partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
