Responsibilities

· Gathering the staffing needs from the hiring managers of his/her dedicated portfolio(s)

· Defining the appropriate sourcing strategy, putting priority on direct sourcing and cost efficient channels.

· Working closely with our preferred recruitment vendors whenever necessary: including managing the relationship with recruitment agents and search firms

· Managing the selection processes: from screening, collecting feedback from interviewers, providing HR feedback, structuring competitive package proposals, to extending offers and contract to the candidates

· Responsible for the administration leading to the onboarding of the staff (includes raising and monitoring background check request, sending hiring approvals, completing documentation for HCOM input)

· Monitoring of trainee/interns and Contractor end dates for renewal process or exit process

· Advising and educating the hiring manager on recruitment policies and best practices

· Being a regular provider of market intelligence to the HR community and the Senior Management

· Maintaining a high level of risk awareness and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to talent acquisition

· Partnering efficiently with our extended recruitment team offshore (based in India)

· Leading transversal projects related to recruitment (at local or regional level)

· Responsible for managing and leading APAC recruitment – Interview scheduling, Job posting and Contract Letters.

· Branding / Rebranding of HR Ops team as a very knowledgeable, approachable, helpful/service oriented and accessible team.

· Operate seamlessly as one team and support / understand the business objectives and support the team accordingly.

· Drive change in the work culture and way of work by adapting smarter strategies on the normal and peak volume time. Being as a lead, create SME/ambassadors to speed up the change process. Clear strategies to meet 24 hours SLA, same day SLA for urgent/sensitive matters and clear resolution with proper framework of quality check (QC).

· Delivering daily recruitment activities with high quality and no errors with nil breaches of Zero tolerance parameters. Set up quality review mechanism of the processes and owing process improvements to ensure that the standards are raised. End to end BAU’s, audits, seasonal activities, adhoc request etc. are adhered to framework of QC processes for all relevant work performed in HR Ops.

· Maintain a stable risk and control environment and 100% adherence to the SOP/KOP/KPI etc. Proactive identification of the gaps and addressing the same on a regular basis. All risk prone areas/steps/actions to be identified and addressed with all the team members and the new comers/joiners. Regular recertification and monitoring of access parameters and other pertinent areas.

· Set up and maintain a training/knowledge model in team to ensure cross trainings, adequate backups and rotation of SMEs thereby enabling a very agile & efficient model.

· To promote better listening: Show by asking open-ended questions that you are engaged in conversations.

· To foster leadership: Discover the problems that prevent team members from performing at the highest possible levels.

Profile required
