Overview:

The RealEstate Business Development Head is responsible for driving thecompany's growth and expansion in the real estate sector.This role involves identifying new business opportunities forgingstrategic partnerships and leading initiatives that enhance thecompany's market position. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in real estate excellent leadership skills and aproven track record of successful business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning andExecution:

    • Developand implement comprehensive business development strategies toachieve the company's growth objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities includingpotential acquisitions joint ventures and partnerships.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed ofindustry trends competitive landscape and emergingopportunities.
  2. Partnership and RelationshipManagement:

    • Build andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders includinginvestors developers real estate agents and corporateclients.
    • Negotiate and finalize deals withpotential partners ensuring alignment with the company'sstrategic goals.
  3. Project Management:

    • Oversee the planning and execution ofdevelopment projects from inception to completion.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. finance legalmarketing) to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. FinancialPerformance:

    • Monitorthe financial performance of development projects ensuring theymeet or exceed budgetary and profitability targets.
    • Prepare and present detailed business plans financialprojections and investment proposals to senior management andstakeholders.
  5. Leadership and TeamDevelopment:

    • Lead andmentor a team of business development professionals fostering aculture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Set clear goals and performance expectations providingregular feedback and development opportunities.
  6. Brand andMarket Presence:

    • Enhance the company’s brand visibility andreputation in the real estate market.
    • Represent the company at industry events conferences andnetworking opportunities to build brand awareness and attract newbusiness.
Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Real Estate Finance or arelated field. A Master’s degree or MBA ispreferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10years of experience in business development with at least 5 yearsin a leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics andtrends.
    • Excellent negotiation communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability tolead and motivate teams.
    • Strategic thinkerwith strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Proficient in financial analysis and projectmanagement.
    • Ability to build and maintainstrong professional relationships.
