Business Development ManagerResponsibilities:
  • Contactingpotential clients to establish rapport and arrangemeetings.
  • Planning and overseeing newmarketing initiatives.
  • Researchingorganizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers whileattracting new ones.
  • Finding and developingnew markets and improving sales.
  • Attendingconferences meetings and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and businessgrowth and ensuring they are met.
  • Trainingpersonnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Business Development ManagerRequirements:
  • Bachelor’sdegree in business marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales marketing or relatedfield.
  • Strong communication skills and ITfluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projectsand multitask.
  • Excellent organizationalskills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimalguidance be proactive and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word Excel Outlook andPowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer forvarious tasks.
