  • Conductingtechnicalcalls between the client and the trainer for theevaluation and selection of the profile. sourced.
  • Coordinating between client trainer and the delivery team to initiatetravel arrangements and payments to be made for the selectedtrainers.
  • Followup with the Learning & Development team to achieveorganizational goals and objectives.
  • MaintainingTraining Feedback about the Trainers & Training.
  • Collectingtraining course material from the trainer.
  • Preparingpurchase orders for trainers invoices submittingproposals


Requirements
  • Provenwork experience as a Delivery Head or OperationsManager
  • Handsonexperience coordinating multiple training events in a corporatesetting.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory andimplementation
  • Adequateknowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs plandevelop coordinate monitor and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods andtechniques
  • Experience with elearning platforms.
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Advancedorganizational skills with the ability to handle multipleassignments.
  • Strong communication skills BS degree in Education Training HR orrelatedfield
