Sales Head

DWAO are looking for a seasoned Sales Head to lead our sales strategy with a focus on driving revenue growth across diverse services and markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in services sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery teams to create a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
Executive Connect:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite and senior-level executives at client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and proposing solutions that leverage the company’s service offerings.
- Lead key negotiations and ensure client satisfaction at the highest levels.
Services Exposure:
- Spearhead sales initiatives focused on service-based solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in service delivery and ensure the company remains competitive.
P&L Ownership & Financial Acumen:
- Take full ownership of the P&L, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met or exceeded.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and budget allocations to optimize cost efficiency and maximize return on investment.
- Drive operational excellence and financial performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of sales processes.
Global Exposure & Market Expansion:
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, leveraging global trends and client needs across regions.
- Expand the company’s presence in international markets by building strong sales teams and cultivating partnerships.
- Manage large-scale projects that span multiple geographies, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Leadership Exposure
- Set clear performance goals and provide strategic direction to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on service-based offerings in technology or related industries.
- Exposure to Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional negotiation and client management abilities.
- Deep understanding of services sales and customer-centric solutions.
- Financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing complex P&L and budgeting processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
