THC aims to make hiring a crowd activity which will help in bridging the unemployment gap in India.In the 3 years since its inception, THC has provided employment opportunities to more than 30,000 job seekers across India.
Key Responsibilities:Market Development & Strategic Partnerships:- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential partners and analyze industry trends.- Develop and execute a strategic plan for partnership acquisition.- Initiate and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target companies and organizations.- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of partnerships.
Business Growth & Client Acquisition:- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue streams within the blue-collar workforce solutions market.- Proactively identify and qualify new client prospects, aligning their needs with the company offerings.- Partner with the Sales team to close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
Requirements:5+ years of sales experience in recruitment and staffing industryThorough understanding of B2B post sales process and sales environmentShould have acquired ample amount of human capital during his/her careerStrong understanding of recruitment and staffing industryAbility to work independently and as part of a team
