Job Description:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Consulting Delivery with expertise in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to join our team. As the Head of Deliveries, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project deliveries, nurturing client relationships, and managing our consulting services division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of consultants to ensure the successful delivery of client projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Provide strategic guidance and oversight on project methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key client engagements, fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions.

- Utilize your deep understanding of ESG frameworks and regulations to advise clients on integrating sustainable practices into their business strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges and drive measurable impact.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement corrective actions to mitigate issues and ensure project success.

- Help business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional client engagements and contributing to proposal development and presentations.

- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on professional development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (7+ years) in a consulting leadership role, with a focus on delivering advisory services related to ESG and sustainability.

- Strong understanding of global ESG standards, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

- Exceptional client management and relationship-building abilities, with a demonstrated capability to understand client needs and deliver value-added solutions.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and business outcomes.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, business modelling, and data interpretation.

- Effective communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to working in a team-oriented environment.

- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, PMP) are advantageous.
