Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Information Technology at the Corporate Office in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing the complete ERP operations of Microsoft Navision, networking & hardware, developing IT strategies, managing infrastructure, and ensuring the efficient functioning of IT systems on a day-to-day basis.


Job Description:

  1. Manage and oversee Microsoft Navision ERP system and related projects. Ensure that ERP systems are integrated and aligned with business needs
  2. Coordinating with different functional managers, stores and business units to determine ERP requirements, issues and queries
  3. Providing training and support for all end-users Pan India, including existing sites and new upcoming projects to help them go-live
  4. Oversee and execute on-going maintenance and improvement projects
  5. Design and run monthly and quarterly reports to test that data integrity and accuracy within the system
  6. Brief departments heads and data “owners” on data and system corrections
  7. Implement and maintain effective IT practices to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and deployment
  8. Design and build scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions.
  9. Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance digital capabilities. 
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
  11. Ensure adherence to best practices for security, data privacy, and compliance. 
  12. Manages solutioning and projects for Microsoft Navision ERP and responsible for the implementation, upgrades, and its overall maintenance and System Development, which includes the design, project development, testing, and delivery of various ERP application modules, including configuration, reports, queries, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions.
  13. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
  14. Manage and support delivery of software and hardware operations and projects



Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Navision ERP and related skills
  • 15+ years experience in Information Technology, IT Management, and IT Operations skills
  • 5+ Experience in handling IT Strategy development at a senior HOD role
  • Proficiency in managing infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in IT management or operations
