Branch is growing in India We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to help us grow our global sales efforts You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. 

As an SDR, you will partner with our Account Executives and Marketing team in the generation of new business. You will research, prospect, qualify potential opportunities and identify key decision-makers at target companies, while laying the foundation for a strong business relationship. You will be a key driver of growth for the company, and on the front lines for evangelizing our product to prospective and existing users.

As a Sales Development Representative, India (Supporting North America region) , you’ll get to:

Generate high-value, well-qualified sales meetings from marketing leads and cold outreach Strategize with Account Executives to prospect into strategic target accounts and uncover prospect fit. Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Partner Teams and Sales Teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation. Manage, nurture, and grow a pipeline of interested and qualified prospects across your respective territory. Meet and exceed quarterly pipeline quota.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field A strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building connections 2+ years proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service supporting global companies Prior experience supporting and prospecting North America based companies and customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong proficiency in English, written and spoken, especially business communication Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven Experience in Mobile or SaaS-based companies Proficiency working with Sales Tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual


This role will be based at our new Bangalore office and will support our North America Region and requires working evening shift hours. Additionally, in line with our return to office policy, this role follows a Hybrid schedule, 3 days per week in office. For shift hours, we will provide transportation to and from the office and additional shift allowance.
