Headquartered in Mumbai, wehave pan-India coverage through offices in 23 major cities across India. Ourareas of focus include – Healthcare Equipment Financing, Machine ToolsEquipment Financing, Printing Equipment Financing, Plastic Molding EquipmentFinancing and Packaging Equipment Financing. We do financing for equipmentmanufactured by Siemens and a wide array of other well-known manufacturers fromIndia. In addition to this we also provide financing for internationalequipment and manufacturers. We believe in delivering excellent customerservice and demonstrate our financial expertise and industrial know-how tobuild value for our customers.
The Challenge
·The selectedcandidate will represent SFSPL to potential clients including Siemens companiesand through direct communication in face to face meetings, presentations,telephone calls and emails.
·The selectedcandidate will be expected to spend 50-60% of their time out of the office inface to face meetings.
·Responsible for ownlead generation and appointment setting, apart from following up on leadgenerated through the Vendor Management team
·Actively andsuccessfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentialspresentation; asking questions; solution presentation; negotiation; close;handover to the counterparty (internal team – Risk & Operations) andsubsequent follow up and process management.
·Possess drive,motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities toare captured and explored.
·The selectedcandidate will have individual responsibility for new business, and is expectedto self-manage; however, he/she will be part of a particularly enthusiastic,successful and expanding team. Support is also available from the RegionalSales Head, National Sales Manager and Vendor Management.
·As a representativeof SFSPL at internal and external meetings, your professional manner andpolished appearance will aid your intention of gaining new business leads andcontacts.
·Managing andmaintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is complete andtimely.
·Create and beaccountable for all vendor proposals, contracts and any further documentationrequired.
·A thoroughunderstanding of vendor clients.
·Responding toproposals and requests for information in a timely manner.
·The selectedcandidate will effectively interact with other departments.
·Keeping abreast ofissues affecting market conditions in India including collecting competitorintelligence.
·Ensuring SFSPL isproactive and responsive to prospective client’s needs.
·Understandingcustomer requirements and working to find solutions for the same
·Basic understandingof financials and capability to do early screening
·Convincing risk teamon the transaction risks and mitigates
The Candidate
·Seven to twelveyears working experience with a proven record of success with Banks &Financial institutions – preferably in equipment financing especially insegments of Machine tools, Aerospace, General engineering, Plastics, Food& Beverages, and other MSME
·Essential: It isessential for the individual to have at least 7+ year external customerfacing sales experience, Inspiration to your colleagues, tenacious, drivenand highly motivated sales professional with enthusiasm for growth. Firmlybelieve that fun and great business go hand in hand.
·Urge to learnleasing and promote to mid and large corporate customers.
·Preferable:Experience of selling financial products in MSME, Small and Midcorporates.
