This job is based out of Bangalore, India

**Job Description**:

- 10-12 years of experience in solution / product selling in IBMS domain preferably Commercial vertical.
- Domain Knowledge on Fire detection, Fire suppression, Access control system, CCTV system and BMS related to commercial building and fitouts.
- Sales experience and customer knowledge in and around Karnataka is preferable with connect to GC, End users,
- consultants and PMCs.
- Job responsibility includes Identifying potential customers for the IBMS solution selling business, work closely with customer / consultant/ architect to provide solution and win projects. Should have strong connect with Consultant/ architect/ PMC and customers in Karnataka.
- Identifies opportunities in own area of responsibility to contribute to the commercial success of the company, including
- increasing process efficiency or reducing problems.
- Focused towards a specific goal set by others, especially business goals. Taking responsibility and works towards
- planning targets, overcoming obstacles, setbacks and uncertainty.
- Should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills
