**Location**: Banglore,Karnataka, India

**Job Summary**:
As the Area Sales Officer for VanVet's Karnataka Territory, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. You will lead a team of sales representatives, implement strategic initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for VanVet products and services within the Karnataka Territory.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into untapped markets, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and veterinary professionals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or veterinary industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Sound knowledge of the veterinary products market and understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
