**Salary Package**: ₹8,000 to ₹35,000 per month + Performance-Based Bonus

We are looking for a driven **Area Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager** to strengthen our sales efforts by achieving lead-generation targets and building lasting customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Target Achievement**:
- Consistently generate **10 leads per week** and **30 to 40 qualified leads per month**.
- Identify potential customers and promote suitable loan products tailored to their needs.
- Ensure weekly and monthly lead generation targets are met or exceeded.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Interact with potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend relevant loan solutions.
- Build trust and foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- **Sales Strategy**:
- Develop and execute area-specific sales plans to drive lead generation and product promotion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve the company’s offerings and customer experience.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the management team.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in financial services or related fields.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in **Telugu, Hindi, and English**.
- **Sales Expertise**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions effectively.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
**Targets**:
- **Weekly**: Generate a minimum of **10 qualified leads**.
- **Monthly**: Achieve a target of **30 to 40 quality leads**, ensuring alignment with company products and services.
