Databricks is seeking a highly strategic, agile, and result-driven Strategic Account Executive to lead our Communications industry go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This executive will play a crucial role in driving the execution of our GTM strategy, ensuring the successful commercialization of our technological products, fostering strategic partnerships to improve our market presence, and ensuring that Databricks wins in the market as the standard data platform in the Communications industry. What we look for:
Experience (minimum 15 years) building and driving GTM in the Communications sector.Experience in the Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS Industry.Prior experience managing Telcos, like, Airtel and Reliance.Demonstrated success in launching technology products to market in a telecom environment.Expert level knowledge of communications business processes and systems in at least one of the following domains: OSS/BSS architecture, network operations, customer experience operations, service assurance, IoT/M2M.Expert level understanding of common communications industry standards bodies including TMForum standards.Strong understanding of the data technology landscape and ability to integrate new technologies into the Telco process.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.-
