Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead our HR department and act as a strategic partner to senior management.

The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to align with the company's goals.

This is a senior-level role with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.


The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Head or similar senior-level HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management and influence decision-making
  • Proactive and innovative mindset
  • High integrity and strong ethical standards


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance
  • Work closely with senior management to understand their HR needs and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent management
  • Develop and maintain effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
