TalentAcquisition HEAD for NON IT profiles We are currently looking for aTalent Acquisition HEAD inMumbai.
In thisrole your responsibilities willinclude:
1.Conducting inhouse recruitment to fill open positions within theorganization 2. Designing and implementingeffective recruitment systems for the company3. Developing your own network of suitablecandidates 4. Hiring candidates from jobportals like Naukri and LinkedIn 5.Maintaining accurate records and handling team for administrativetasks 6. Working with otherstakeholders/HODs to create effective recruitment plans7. Executing those plans efficiently andeffectively 8. Drafting and posting jobdescriptions 9. Interviewing candidates andevaluating their suitability for each position10. Networking with educational institutionsand social media platforms 11. Negotiatingwith candidates to create mutually beneficial hiring agreements12. Managing the employee onboarding process13. Lead the Team of 40 HR TA HH to fulfillthe requirements 14. Creating SOP forRecruitment Cycle 15. Creating Manuals forDigitization of HR database 16. Hand onusing Application Tracking Systems 17.Implementing the new ideas of sourcing and should be resultoriented. There are many more things we willdiscuss when we meet personally.....
Requirements:
Candidate should be working with any HR Consultancy firmRecruitment Agency Head Hunting Agency Candidate should have atleast minimum 15 years of experience in Heading HR TalentAcquisition team of minimum 50 Direct or Indirect internal staffsYour Age should be less then 45 from current date MBA in HR wouldbe preferable however Any Graduate are welcome Candidate should beMumbai resident only Candidate should be working withHospitality sectors (except BFSI ITTechnical Automation Engineering profiles) To be successful in thisrole you should be passionate proactive and dedicated to deliveringhighquality results. You should be comfortable with learning newtechnologies and strategies and willing to share your ideas withthe team. Additionally we value a positive and collaborative workenvironment so you should be able to contribute to thatculture.
