  • The Sales Officer FMCGplays a vital role in achieving the companys sales targets forFastMoving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products. This role requiresbuilding strong relationships with retailers distributors andwholesalers while strategically promoting and selling our FMCGproducts within an assigned territory. The successful candidatewill be a highly motivated and resultsoriented individual withexcellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned salestargets.
  • Manage and grow a designated portfolioof customer accounts.
  • Conduct market researchto understand customer needs competitor activity and markettrends.

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field(preferred).
  • Minimum 24 years of experience inFMCG sales (required).

  • Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills.
  • Strong negotiation problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Valid drivers licenseand reliable transportation(preferred).

  • Experience in specificFMCG categories (e.g. food & beverage personalcare).
  • Knowledge of retail and distributionchannels.
  • Strong understanding of customerrelationship management (CRM)principles.
