Your day at NTT DATA

This is a global position accountable for shaping the offerings, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the Managed Network Services (MNS) portfolio.
This role is a key leader in the organisation and helps drive business growth for the MNS portfolio with an emphasis on consistency, predictability and efficiency of messaging that will help NTT DATA attain a leadership position in the market. This role will also help provide product marketing support for Cloud and MNS in the APAC region.

What you'll be doing

Key Role and Responsibilities:

Messaging and positioning : Craft value proposition and messaging framework, for the Managed Network Services portfolio and its offerings, which resonates with target customers, clearly articulates the positioning of our solutions, and aligns with NTT DATA's broader messaging and brand identity. The Director, Product Marketing will ensure that all the necessary resources, and collaterals are in place for the success of the portfolio. Marketing planning and execution: This role will work closely with the business leaders, PLM, sales, and group marketing teams to develop a comprehensive One MNS marketing plan and execute it effectively to drive growth and achieve defined business objectives. The person will also be responsible to collaborate with the broader group marketing team to assess the success of marketing initiatives on quarterly basis and recommend alternative and corrective actions to address any identified gaps. Content and thought leadership: Oversee and manage the development and distribution of market-facing content and materials. Ensure timely distribution through various channels, such as Highspot, website, social media, email campaigns, and industry publications. Continuously optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and effectiveness. Customer Advocacy and Engagement: Establish and oversee a structured customer reference program to identify and enrol satisfied customers for referrals, testimonials, and named case studies. Analyst relations program: Works closely with the AR team to craft the story, message and the narrative for the analyst community and support the annual analyst program for Cloud & IT Infrastructure Services and MNS. Sales enablement: Collaborate closely with the presales, PLM and central enablement teams to create and implement a centralized enablement plan to train and equip the specialist sales teams with the content and knowledge needed to effectively sell Managed Network Services. Provide product marketing support for Cloud & IT Infrastructure Services and MNS in the APAC region. Ensures the integration of regional plans with the broader Cloud & MNS strategy and go-to market focus.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

Strong understanding of marketing and product marketing best practices across inbound and outbound channels to engage customers. Possess an in-depth knowledge of marketing, digital marketing and data-driven decision making. Technical expertise (for interlock with Product Management) and product and service knowledge across NTTs Managed Network and Communication Services (MNCS) service line Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs Good communicator with an ability to assimilate lots of detail from across the organization. Energetic, flexible, and proactive. Very good written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, and staff Collaborative and agile style with enterprise-level problem solving abilities Strategic thinking and tactical implementation

Work experience required:

Experience in Product Marketing in the IT field with an approach that emphasises success of an offer within a broad portfolio of services Demonstrated record of success in developing, implementing, evaluating and iterating strategies and solutions. Demonstrated experience in Product Marketing either as part of an organisation or with an agency Experience working and executing within a matrixed organization Experience in marketing and/or advertising, and working independently as well as within cross-functional teams, in a professional environment of high accountability
