Keyroles &Responsibilities
- 35years of sales (B2B sales) total experience withproven track record of successful partnerships in Edtech industryin India INR 35 crores in Annual sales contributed as anindividual.
- Identifying potential partnersdeveloping partnerships in regional market.
- Todo consultative outbound calls & followup calls with seniorpeople in Partner organization.
- Onboarding andnurturing strong relationships with partner institutions forlongterm partnerships addressing needs providing support andmaintaining positive workingrelationships.
- Negotiating agreements andensuring strong collaborations. Ensure a delightful experience withPartners/ leading to high retention &NPS
- Meet and overachieve the given weeklymonthly and quarterly business targets.
- Learn/Upgrade one s own Product Knowledge Sales Skills and marketunderstanding to achieve and exceed growing Salestarget(s).
- Strong communication andpresentation skills adept at developing pitching and closingdeals.
- Ability to develop and present winningproposals to clients.
- Experience and workingknowledge of CRM tools to track contacts leads pipeline deals andforecast.
- Experience in selling onlineeducation will be seen as a bigadvantage.
- ExcellentEnglish communication and presentation skills both verbal andwritten.
- Excellent interpersonal andcustomerfacing skills.
- Experience in SalesManagement including Pipeline Revenue Forecasting Negotiations& Deal Closure
- Strong business acumenand B2B relationship building skills.
- Priorexperience in selling professional courses will be an addedadvantage
- Bachelor sdegree from a reputed University. Master s is seen as an addedadvantage.
- Experience working for a rapidlygrowing company strongly desired.
- Experienceworking with a learning/ higher education/ EdTech company aplus.
