HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist

Ideal Experience: 5–10 years in HR, preferably in a generalist or managerial role.

Salary Range: ₹6 to 7.2 LPA

Job Summary:

The HR Manager/Senior HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including payroll, employee engagement, HR policy formulation, labor law compliance, vendor management, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR operations while fostering a productive, engaging, and helping creating good work environment.

Responsibilities :

1 ) Payroll & Salary Management:

* Handle end-to-end payroll, tax compliance, and CTC structuring.

* Employee Engagement: Organize engagement programs, resolve grievances, and enhance retention.

2) HR Policies:

* Develop and enforce company policies and employee handbooks.

3) Labor Law Compliance:

* Ensure adherence to labor laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) and manage audits.

3) Vendor Management:

* Oversee recruitment and HR service vendors, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

4) Documentation :

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR reports.

Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.

* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Draft, develop and implement Company policies in a cordial manner with the team

Develop and implement KPI's and formal periodical / annual appraisal system.
