Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities for our company. This role requires expertise in sales, relationship building, and market research. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the IT services industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and business development techniques
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and business objectives
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track sales activities, and provide regular updates to management
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
