Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Patna, or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for driving business growth through market research, proposal development, and project coordination. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends within the specified regions in the EPC contracting sector.
  2. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of projects and opportunities.
  3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
  5. Project Coordination and Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution. Provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Market Expansion and Strategic Partnerships: Identify new market segments and geographical areas for expansion. Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business growth and market penetration.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales targets, revenue forecasts, and market share. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualification:-

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the EPC contracting or power systems industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the EPC contracting process and project lifecycle.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Willingness to travel frequently within the specified regions.
  8. Fluency in English and regional languages as applicable.
  9. Work locations in Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Patna, Assam, or Bhutan would be advantageous.
