Must have 1+ years of experience in the water purification industry, with a focus on serving B2B clients.


Position Overview:


We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) & SALES EXECUTIVE, The ASM will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the water purification industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  2. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Senior Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  4. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and address customer needs effectively.
  5. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 1+years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  3. Experience in the water purification industry or related field is highly desirable.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a sales team.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
  7. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  9. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally nationally for client meetings and industry events.
