  10. HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR dataanalytics and metrics to track key performance indicators identifytrends and make datadriven decisions to optimize HR processesimprove workforce planning and support businessdecisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or related field. Masters degreepreferred.

  • 15 years of progressive HR experience with atleast 5 years in a leadership role preferably within themanufacturing or technology industry.

Desired Skill &Characteristics:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices employmentlaws and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skillswith the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of theorganization.

  • Proven track record of developing andimplementing HR strategies that drive businessresults.
