TheSalesDevelopment Representative Role

TheSalesDevelopmentRepresentative is assigned to multiple sellers to support enterprise accounts identified by Qlik as accounts in a territory that are either current customers or target customers, with the highest potential future value in the market. The role is part of an account team, with the primary responsibility of creating relationships and identifying potential customer needs to generatepipeline through leads and opportunities within the accounts.

What makes this role interesting?

Outbound identification/development and inbound follow-up on of landand expand opportunities within assigned accounts​ Assigned to multiple sellers to support their enterprise accounts​ Involvement in strategic account planning activities May be dedicated to a subset of accounts (e.g., Fed, Sled, OEM)​ Partner with the sales team to create relationships with existingcustomers, identifying their potential needs and assist in developing abusiness case​ Move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson,and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls​ Maintain a pipeline of early-stage leads​

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

Maintain activities and related data in CRM system (Salesforce)​ Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify newpotential needs.​ Build relationships with customers and assess future business needs Attend (where necessary) networking events, trade shows, webinars build relationships and generate leads​ Achieve goals by qualifying leads and identifying needs that can beaddressed by Qlik products; passes lead to appropriate sales resources​ Incorporate feedback from the Demand Center leaders and sales teamto review and revise qualification criteria over time​

We’re looking for a teammate with:

3 – 5yearsexperiencein businessdevelopment, sales or related field experience​ (Not more than 6 years) Bachelor’s degree​ or related experience Experience researching, account planning, andprospecting into a list of accounts​ Proven track record of achieving sales metricsand consistent achievement of year-over-yearquota attainment

Thelocation for this role is:

Bangalore-India(Hybrid Opportunity based out of JP Nagar, Bangalore office location).
