Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our recruitment consultancy. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and acquire new business leads by identifying potential clients in need of staffing and recruitment solutions. Your excellent English fluency and persuasive communication skills will be vital in fostering meaningful relationships with prospects and converting them into valuable clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and their staffing requirements.
- Proactively reach out to businesses, HR departments, and decision-makers to promote our recruitment services.
- Engage in cold-calling, email campaigns, and networking events to create a strong pipeline of leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and effectively communicate them.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our recruitment services.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure successful partnerships.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and performance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients.
- Proven track record of generating and converting leads into successful business partnerships.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a self-driven attitude towards achieving targets.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
