Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations, handle objections, and work towards closing deals.
  • Ensure the successful transition of closed deals to the account management team.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis of sales performance to management.

Customer Feedback:

  • Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and services.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve business objectives.


Requirements:


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.

Sales Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and build compelling business cases.

Relationship Building:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Initiative:

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
