We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and work towards closing deals.
- Ensure the successful transition of closed deals to the account management team.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and analysis of sales performance to management.
Customer Feedback:
- Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and services.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.
Sales Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and build compelling business cases.
Relationship Building:
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
