About the Job – Manager, People Services

Our People Services team plays a key role in our core HR transformation journey as we continue to move towards being global in how we operate to better support our people. As a manager and key member of the People team, you will lead on the efforts to evolve the People Operations experience and support we provide to our people across 20 countries worldwide. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Direction, People Enablement & Digitization, and with a team under your guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement and highest quality of HR services provided to the business.

Responsibilities

In this dynamic new role, you will be at the forefront of developing a customer-focused, data-led, proactive, and efficient approach to HR service delivery. You will play a key role in optimizing our HR processes, leveraging data-driven insights and digital HR technology solutions to enhance HR operations globally while ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the HR Services team's work has maximum impact, driving change, implementing and streamlining processes, and promoting automation. You will work as part of an integrated and collaborative People & Places function that is focussed on driving business success. You will foster effective relationships with key stakeholders e.g. regional HR teams, HR Business Partners, People Enablement, Reward, Finance, Procurement, IT to embed efficient ways of working. You have a continuous improvement mindset, sizing opportunities for simplification to enhance employee experience, driving efficiency, accuracy and overall effectiveness of services delivered. You will oversee the management and accurate handling of data throughout the employee lifecycle: HR administration, total rewards, HR Technology, reporting, data analytics, management of HR POs and invoice payments amongst other areas that will fall under the remit of HR Operations. You will manage a team by fostering collaboration, teamwork, driving motivation and professional development.

Skills Required

You have a minimum of 5 year’s related experience leading operations and/or shared services department and have managed a small team of HR professionals. Successful record of building, improving, and running operational business processes, and the ability to drive effectiveness and high quality of people experience. Strong analytical skills and excellent ability to think in a logical manner, identify root causes of problems, and make systematic and rational judgements based on relevant information. You have a strong understanding of HR processes, data management and compliance requirements. You have excellent project management and organizational skills, able to challenge and influence behaviours to promote high standards. You know how to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
