Having pioneered the model in India in 2008, Rang De's purpose built technology platform has proved to be game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.


We are a small team with big dreams and are looking for talented individuals to join our passionate, mission driven team. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and motivated People Manager to be a part of our people team(HR) and support our employees. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's culture and growth. An energetic, proactive and self-motivated professional would be ideal for the role.


Location: Bangalore (Remote)


As the People Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and compliance. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Drive the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Implement and drive performance management systems to ensure effective goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and other perks.
  • Drive HR administration, including maintaining HRIS systems, employee records, and payroll processing.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Around 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage.
