Role purpose:
Ensuring areaproductivity quality underwriting and credit benchmarks are met ona consistent basis Key accountabilities anddecision ownership: Ensuring completeaspects of portfolio
management in the region/areareflected in the
balance score card are met as perexpected
standards Ensurequality underwriting of region/area
proposals as per thecompanys underwriting
policies Ensure proper implementation of companys
credit andoperations policies by Branch
operations Meeting hygiene expectations on quality offiles
and dockets submitted by Branch OTCsand
PDD performance Ensuring thedevelopment and management of
an effective sales team inthe Branch Ensuring team productivity quality ofsourcing
and cross sell income benchmarks are meton
a consistent basis in the region Core competencies knowledge andexperience : Exp: 7 10 Yrs Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant
