Certinal is a subsidiary of Zycus, the pioneer in Cognitive Procurement and Certinal eSign is a future-ready Digital Transaction Management solution that provides trust, security, and compliance. The Head of Business will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, expanding its market presence, and fostering innovation for our Digital Transaction Management (DTM) AI-powered eSignature Solution "Certinal" (). Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission and vision, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership eSignature Solution. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of company operations, optimizing processes, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and profitability. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand the company's reach and market share. Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring responsible fiscal management. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse and talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service enhancements. Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, positioning Verdantis as a thought leader in the eSignature field. Job Requirement Experience & Qualifications Required 20 + years Experience in driving and growing a Business. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of successful executive leadership, preferably in the technology sector. Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and drive company growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Visionary leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
