Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with shared services managers & leadership to understand business/functional objectives and develop HR strategies that promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Employee Engagement : Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of the shared services function. Partner with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment, promote open communication, and enhance employee morale.

Talent Management : Partner with talent acquisition teams to attract and retain top talent for India Business & Functions. Develop and implement strategies for employee development, career growth, and succession planning.
Talent Review Process : Lead the talent review process in collaboration with senior leadership, including talent identification, assessment, and succession planning. Facilitate talent review meetings, compile talent data, and provide insights and recommendations for talent development and succession planning.

Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Collaboration and Communication : Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication. Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders across the organization to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR initiatives, policies and procedures.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay informed about changes in legislation and proactively address any compliance issues.
