Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through multiple channels.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with contacts, understand their requirements, and guide them through the sales process.
Sales Process Management: Handle incoming calls and emails, assign leads to appropriate sales representatives, and ensure timely follow-up.
Zoho CRM Management: Use Zoho CRM and related tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor sales activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align goals and develop lead generation strategies.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports using Zoho tools to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual New Business sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for prospects during their evaluation of Zoho App(s).
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Zoho’s product offerings and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Zoho App(s).
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process.
Maintain a viable pipeline of opportunities, nurture them, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Presales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the MD and the Director of Sales, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer's implementation partner, wherever needed to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution and create a trusted 3 way partnership between customer, partner, and Zoho.
Use solution selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and help them realize business value from adopting Zoho's suite of products.
Required Skills:
Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in sales or business development from a software/SaaS background.
Prior experience in selling SaaS applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, Marketing Apps and HRMS is preferred.
CRM Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM and lead generation techniques.
Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the SMB and Mid Market segments as well as consistently exceeding New Business revenue targets.
Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition.
Open to travel domestically for customer meetings.
Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
