PositionTitle: Senior Sales Director / Senior SectionHead
JobSummary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior SalesDirector to lead our IT Healthcare Division. The ideal candidatewill have a minimum of 18 years of experience in sales andleadership within the healthcare IT sector demonstrating a proventrack record of driving sales growth building strategicrelationships and exceeding sales targets. This role requires adeep understanding of healthcare IT solutions and the ability tolead and inspire a highperformingteam.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growthand expand market share in the healthcare ITsector.
  • Lead mentor and manage a team of salesand delivery professionals fostering a culture of high performanceand continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursuenew business opportunities with hospitals clinics healthcaresystems and other relevantstakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain stronglongterm relationships with key clients ensuring a deepunderstanding of their needs and aligning solutions to meet thoseneeds.
  • Oversee the sales process from leadgeneration to closing ensuring exceptional customer experience atevery stage.
  • Collaborate with the productdevelopment marketing and customer support teams to ensure thealignment of sales strategies with overall businessobjectives.
  • Monitor industry trends competitivelandscape and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies andmaintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare andpresent detailed sales forecasts performance reports and strategicplans to senior management.
  • Represent thecompany at industry conferences trade shows and networking eventsto promote our healthcare IT solutions and expand professionalnetworks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology HealthcareAdministration or a related field (Masters degreepreferred).
  • 20 years ofexperience.
  • Proven experience in a leadershiprole within the healthcare IT sector.
  • Indepthknowledge of healthcare IT systems and other clinicalapplications.
  • Strong understanding ofhealthcare regulations and compliancerequirements.
  • Excellent project managementskills with experience in leading largescaleprojects.
  • Demonstrated ability to managebudgets and resources effectively.
  • Strongcommunication interpersonal and leadershipskills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMPCPHIMS CISSP) are a plus.
  • Experience workingwith large healthcare systems and integrated deliverynetworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatoryrequirements and compliance standards in the healthcareindustry.
