- Oversee the procurement andmanagement of necessary supplies andequipment.
- Resolve operational issues andaddress concerns in a timely and effectivemanner.
- Participate in the recruitment trainingand supervision of operational staff.
- Identifyand address any potential risks or obstacles that may impactoperations.
- Stay updated with industry trendsand best practices to ensure continuousimprovement.
- Lead and support crossfunctionalprojects to drive operationalexcellence.
- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Healthcare Management or relatedfield.
- Proven experience in operationsmanagement preferably in the healthcare or techindustry.
- Strong understanding of healthcareregulations and compliancerequirements.
- Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills to identify operational inefficiencies andimplement effective solutions.
- Proficiency inusing operational management tools andsoftware.
- Exceptional leadership abilities andthe capacity to inspire and motivate ateam.
