This role presents an excitingopportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing tailoredfinancial solutions to our valued clients. The ideal candidate willexcel in acquiring and managing quality HNI clients whileleveraging our extensive network databases and marketintelligence.

Responsibilities:

Activelyacquire quality HNI clients through strategic networking databaseutilization and comprehensive market analysis reflecting Shian HRscommitment to excellence in talentacquisition.

Advocatefor our clients Focus Product of the month effectivelycommunicating its unique benefits and suitability to our valuedclients.

Maintainaccurate and organized records of client interactions andtransactions using internal software including CRM systems ensuringcompliance with industrystandards.

Demonstrateexpertise in selling a diverse range of financial products tailoredto HNI clients including Mutual Funds Insurance PortfolioManagement Services (PMS) and Structured Products enhancing ourclients financialwellbeing.

Applyindustry experience in banking and broking sectors to adeptlymanage bank Assets Under Management (AUM) for HNI clientsoptimizing investment strategies andoutcomes.

Qualifications:

Provensuccess in direct sales particularly in acquiring and nurturingrelationships with HNI clients aligning with Shian HRs commitmentto delivering exceptionaltalent.

Strongnetworking abilities combined with a deep understanding of marketdynamics enabling strategic client acquisition andretention.

Thoroughknowledge of financial products including Mutual Funds InsurancePMS and Structured Products reflecting Shian HRs dedication toproviding holistic financialsolutions.

Previousexperience in banking and broking industries with a focus onmanaging AUM for HNI clients is highlyadvantageous.

Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonal skills essential forbuilding enduring clientrelationships.

Resultsorientedmindset with a passion for exceeding targets in a dynamic andcompetitiveenvironment.
