Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Saurya hse pvt ltd.. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team across the country. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and should have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the recruitment industry
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of competitive advantage, salesforce.com, marketing strategy, sales & marketing, market research, industries, government projects, and business management
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and track performance against targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitor analysis
