Job Description:

Responsible for a variety of support tasksincluding but not limited to:

  • Reviewing and drafting agreements such as standard formNDAs power of attorneys resolutions procurement contracts andgeneral terms and conditions
  • Managing andorganizing legal documents correspondence and records.
  • Keeping a record and track of any legal notices andcommunications.
  • Assisting in the preparationof reports presentations and other documents.
  • Maintaining filing systems and databases to ensure easyaccess to information.
  • Document managementincluding running progress trackers to manage internal projects andlegal initiatives
