Jewelry Sales Executive

JOBDESCRIPTION SALESEXECUTIVE
1. Actively pursuesales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets set by thecompany
2. Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers understanding their needs and ensuringhigh levels of satisfaction with products andservices.
3. Conduct tours or visitsto customers to gather insights into their preferences trends andfeedback on products and service.
.4.Analyze customer buying patterns preferences and behavior toidentify opportunities for upselling crossselling and improvingoverall performance.
5. Segmentcustomers based on various criteria such as demographics buyingbehavior and preferences to tailor sales and marketing strategiesaccordingly.
6. Address customercomplaints and concerns promptly and effectively working towardssatisfactory resolution and maintaining positiverelationships.
7. Liaise with internaldepartments to ensure timely dispatch of orders and accuratebilling processes.
8. Stay updated onindustry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to adaptsales strategies accordingly.
9.Implement strategies to retain existing customers including loyaltyprograms special offers and personalizedservices.
10. Conduct periodic auditsof customer accounts to assess satisfaction levels identify areasfor improvement and address any issuesproactively.
11. Monitor the progressof orders from placement to delivery ensuring accuracy andtimeliness.
12. Plan sales tripsefficiently maximizing coverage and productivity and reportactivities to the reporting officer or CRM system asrequired.
13. Maintain a regularschedule of visits to existing and potential customers to nurturerelationships gather feedback and drivesales.
