**Position - EXECUTIVE - AMAZON PPC**

**Functional Parameters**
1. Campaign Performance: Target: Optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to achieve a minimum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 5X, ensuring effective utilization of advertising budget.
2. ACoS Management: Target: Maintain an Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) below 20%, balancing ad spend with revenue generated from PPC campaigns.
3. Keyword Optimization: Target: Conduct keyword research and optimize PPC campaigns to target high-converting keywords relevant to ACPL's silver jewelry products.
4. Bid Management: Target: Implement strategic bid adjustments to optimize ad placements and maximize exposure while minimizing CPC (Cost-Per-Click).
5. Product Targeting Campaigns: Target: Implement and optimize product targeting campaigns to showcase ACPL's products to relevant audiences based on browsing and purchasing behaviour.
6. Competitor Analysis: Target: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting PPC strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Ad Performance Reporting: Target: Generate regular reports on ad performance metrics, providing insights into campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
8. Sales and Revenue Growth: Target: Drive a minimum monthly increase of 20% in sales and revenue attributed to Amazon PPC campaigns, contributing to overall business growth.

**Fundamental Parameters**:
**Experience**: Proven work experience for at least 8-10 years as a Sr.Executive/ Asstt. Manager or in a similar role with Excellent written and verbal communication skills who can manage a team of 10 people effectively & make strategy accordingly.
**Qualification**:Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, trends, and best practices, Must be graduate/ MBA Location: Nunhai, Agra. Compensation: Competitive, aligned with industry standards.
