- Established in 1948, ACPL Exports Pvt. Ltd. has emerged as a major supplier of sterling silver jewelery and finished components.

- Acpl Exports has been accorded as the 'Highest Exporter of Silver Jewellery ' in India consecutively for the last 15 years by the Gem & Jewelry Export Promotion Council of India . ACPL commands an impressive 22.31 percent share of the total silver jewelry exports originating from India.

- In all these years, the company has maintained and strengthened its reputation in the jewelery industry and currently exports silver jewellery to more than 37 countries.

- From nearly 347,000 square feet of manufacturing and administrative facilities spread all over North India, ACPL provides just in time delivery for more than thirty thousand basic items, which can be sub-categorized to over 350,000 styles, throughout the world.

Job Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh

Business Development and Sales Operations:

- Business plan yearly/Quarterly/Monthly and its execution.

- Distribution Channel Management and Logistics (Primary and Secondary Sales):

- Distribution network smoothly working, unit sold in primary and secondary sales and revenue generated from sales.

Key Account Management/Growth and development:

- Percentage of key account retained and revenue growth from key account.

Brand and Customer Relationship Management:

- Average satisfaction rating from customers and percentage increase in brand recognition

Project and Team Management:

- Percentage of project completed on time and output per team member.

New Product and Market Launches:

- Average time taken to launch a new product and percentage of target market reached.

Market Revivals with Volume and Value Targets:

- Increase in market share percentage (old account revised) and percentage of staff effectively utilized.

Brand Enlistment With Retail and E-Commerce:

- Number of platforms Listing the brand and revenue generated from listed platforms.

- High Value High Margin SKU Contribution and Sales Audit:

- Revenue from high margin SKUs and percentage of audits passed.

Market and Sales Potential Mapping:

- Percentage of target market covered and Percentage of potential sales achieved.

Commercial Transactions Accountability:

- Percentage of error-free transactions and Percentage of timely Report and Payment Collection:

- Decrease in outstanding payments and percentage of payments collected on time.

Coaching and Training Empowerment:

- Percentage of employees completing training and Improvement in performance post-training.

Periodic Review of Sales Team:

- Number of reviews conducted and percentage improvement in team performance.

Timely Achievement of Business Goals:

- Percentage of goals achieved on time and Percentage of activities aligned with company strategy.

Communication with Channel Members:

- Number of communications sent and percentage of channel members adopting schemes
