  • To supervise daily quality operations, and ensure that all activities are carried out acceptably and cost-effectively.
  • Collaboration with all corporate divisions to provide a smooth and effective supply chain process.
  • Collecting indent and verifying the requirement before processing the PR.
  • Purchase of raw materials and instrumentation from another country
  • Responsible for sourcing vendors, collecting offers, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors as per company requirements, managing purchase Requests, creating purchase orders and GRN, and vendor follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Maintain thorough paperwork for all consignments and perform all record-keeping activities.
  • Maintain proper supply levels by monitoring inventory, reordering points, and coordinating with buying, to reduce damages and losses, and ensure that inventory is stored, handled, and moved efficiently. Assist in the supervision of all warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packaging, and shipping items.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders for Office supplies, and follow up the same till received.
  • Audit and budgeting and various report preparations


RequirementsSkills & Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and vendors .
  • Must be experienced in industrial chemical procurement
  • Excellent time management skills for timely procurement and delivery of goods.
  • Excellent knowledge of import, export, and foreign procurement of goods.
  • Ability to work comfortably with large and complex datasets in Excel.
Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field, in addition to a bachelor's or master's degree in technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of Operations and Procurement.
